These Cole gears fit the older Cole 11, 12, 12MX Multiflex planters. Seed spacing gears slip on the drive shaft to the seed plate. By changing the gear, you change the rotation speed of the seed plate in relation to ground distance traveled, and thus how close your seeds are spaced.
