Thanks again. Unfortunately it does not fit entirely on my scanner, so I have taken pictures of the front and back interior pages for you to be able to judge condition yourself. I have scanned the front and back of brochure. It has some creases and bends and surface wear as you would expect for a well over 50 year old brochure,but I think it displays nicely.

If this doesn work for you respectfully ask that do not bid or buy. The interior shows various aspect of the machine brochure was originally lithographed in USA as indicated small print, and is labeled as bulletin X-161. Its unfortunate but unavoidable. The brochure measures 11 inches by 8 approximately.
