To my knowledge this is the only original one available for purchase at time. No tears or holes. The binder is made of a thick coated paperboard. This is a very rare find and are original items given to employees at the Chattanooga tn location from 1972-1977 belonged my father.

The binder and the paperwork are all in great condition.
